We have received your payment and we would like to begin your project. In order to do so, we have two important steps that need to be completed.

Step 1: Approval Form – please review “scope of work” and “disclaimer” then agree and sign.    

Step 2: Information Gathering Form – please do your best to fill out this form and then schedule an onboarding call.

Summary of work to be done:

  1. Develop a “Landing Page” this will be a catch all for everything about your practices, urgent care, primary care. This is a crucial step to restoring your digital footprint. The goal will be when someone is searching for “Dr. Farina, Urgent care in North Providence, primary care in North Providence, urgent care in Coventry, etc… we provide this option at the top of the search engines. In order for us to develop this “Landing Page” We can provide you with a link to send us all the information we need about your practices. We will provide a questionnaire of sorts or outline of the information that we need. You then just simply upload the information. If we need pictures or need video or any creative we will take care of that for you. Part of this process is that we need access to any Facebook accounts, Google accounts or anything that is online that you may have access to. I highly recommend a cloud based appointment setting tool be on this landing page, so a new patient or existing one can make an appointment at either location. This step can be added during the development or after. Or if you have an existing system for patient experience or appointment setting we can integrate it into the landing pages along with whatever else is needed. Landing page will be ADA/WCAG Compliant – cost to you to maintain will be $600 per year.  
  2. Get a hold of your Google Reviews. This process will take time, but Step 1 is the starting point. This would be the same as mentioned in the above link or the original proposal. You would need to hire us on a month to month basis.  
  3. My cost to develop a “Landing Page” is $3500 + $1000 to perform the necessary first steps of reputation management online. That would include; Google reviews, Social Media and content distribution and controlled monitoring. You can retain my services on a month to month basis afterwards if you so choose to. 

Disclamer: We understand that being misrepresented by negative reviews or articles online, an unfavorable portrayal of your character is personally and professionally damaging and our Team can lift you out of harms way and start to control the conversation and mange negative publicity.  It’s important to note that reputation management doesn’t necessarily mean that your negative reviews will magically disappear. Instead, our team at NEADSO has a proven track record of helping build a positive reputation for our clients to ensure that your positives outweigh negative press surrounding your name and your brand. The goal is that a basic Google search doesn’t return harmful results. But, we will of course identify and target for removal the negative reviews that can be classified as “fake or malicious” in regards to Google’s standards.  

Terms: You are NOT under contract with Northeast Advertising Solutions, after this project is completed and 1 month of work there after follows, you must decide to keep working with Northeast Advertising Solutions. We recommend at least a 6 month commitment to our services to see the best chance of results. Reputation results are never guaranteed, however Northeast Advertising Solutions will get your new “catch all” landing page to rank on Google.
